Before joining Eptalex, Sohaib gained experience in Palestine, where he conducted legal research, drafted contracts, analyzed cases, provided client advice, supported litigation, and prepared court pleadings. His work primarily focused on labour law, insurance law, enforcement law, and commercial litigation.

In 2024, Sohaib became a practicing attorney and a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.

Soon to dual-qualify as an attorney in the UK, Bharat also holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in global corporate and financial services laws from King’s College London (UK). His dissertation identified liquidity issues in special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and proposed reorganization for maintaining sufficient cash flow, showcasing a deep interest in ever-evolving corporate finance structures.

Bharat’s legal journey began in New Delhi, where he actively participated in and won mooting and debating competitions. He graduated with Distinction in 2019 and qualified as an Advocate after passing the All India Bar exam that same year.

Jamil drafts legal documents such as memorandums, motions, and briefs for litigation cases across various practice areas, including Obligations and Contracts Law, Intellectual Property, Banking and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal Law, and Insurance and Reinsurance. His legal work in these areas includes detailed research, careful management of clients’ cases, and attending trials to ensure thorough advice and effective representation.

In addition, Jamil ensures compliance with the Commercial Register’s requirements and manages the registration of local branches and representative offices under Lebanese regulations. He supports the corporate department by ensuring that companies comply with Lebanese laws, preparing documents such as meeting minutes and agreements, drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, and offering general corporate advice.
