BACKJamil works within the Litigation and Corporate department at our firm.
Jamil drafts legal documents such as memorandums, motions, and briefs for litigation cases across various practice areas, including Obligations and Contracts Law, Intellectual Property, Banking and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal Law, and Insurance and Reinsurance. His legal work in these areas includes detailed research, careful management of clients’ cases, and attending trials to ensure thorough advice and effective representation.
In addition, Jamil ensures compliance with the Commercial Register’s requirements and manages the registration of local branches and representative offices under Lebanese regulations. He supports the corporate department by ensuring that companies comply with Lebanese laws, preparing documents such as meeting minutes and agreements, drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, and offering general corporate advice.
Before joining our firm, Jamil acquired experience in various Practice areas, including Civil, Commercial, Criminal Law, Labor and Employment Law, Medical Law, Personal Status Law, Real Estate Law and Arbitration.
Jamil joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2023.
