He assists in preparing legal research, drafting reports, motions, and other essential documents for litigation. His contributions are instrumental in preparing the necessary documentation for cases related to real estate and corporate taxation.
In the corporate department, Mohamad helps draft corporate documents and guides clients through the process of forming and maintaining companies at the commercial registry. He is involved in advising on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance, ensuring businesses meet legal requirements and operate smoothly.
Mohamad also works in administrative and public law, assisting clients with regulatory compliance and administrative disputes. His expertise in labor and employment law allows him to support both employers and employees on matters related to employment contracts, workplace disputes, and compliance with labor regulations.
One of his key areas of focus is assisting clients with issues related to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). He provides guidance on contributions, benefits, and navigating the NSSF’s legal framework.
