On Thursday June 3, 2021, the Dubai Department of Economic Development issued, in line with the strategy adopted by the Abu Dhabi DED, a list of activities in which 100% foreign direct investment is allowed.
The Dubai DED also confirmed that branches of companies will no longer require a local Emirati agent. You can read more on the announcement made here:
