BACKNada is a Lebanese lawyer specialized in the Banking, Commercial, Financial and Civil Law areas of practice. She advises on the entirety of any transaction or course of conduct and supports the negotiations of loan contracts and the structuring and handling of financial arrangements and new business incorporation. Nada counsels the clients on creating contracts for employees and securing lending from banking institutions.
She joined the Beirut Bar Association in 1989.
