Myriam Moughabghab

Myriam is a registered lawyer at the Beirut Bar Association since 2016. She has a diverse legal experience in regulatory compliance, litigation in many fields: Banking law, civil law, commercial and corporate law, debt recovery, labor law, criminal law, real estate and inheritance, additionally to providing in depth legal advice in corporate law, real estate, inheritance, fiscal law, taxation compliance, corporate governance. She drafts and reviews all types of corporate agreements such as shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, commercial representation, MOUs, vendor agreements, corporate governance. Myriam finalizes and reviews legal documentation related to incorporation and registration of Lebanese companies, draft legal pleadings, memoranda, and position statements for corporate disputes and follows up on proceedings before courts and administrative authorities.
