BACKBefore joining Eptalex as a Junior Associate, Muhanad completed a three-month university programme in the UK, assisting solicitors on pro bono matters. In this role, he supported client enquiries, carried out initial legal research, and prepared draft documents under supervision.
Muhanad then began his professional experience at Eptalex, working on a range of corporate and commercial matters. He assisted with company incorporations, amendments, and regulatory filings, while liaising with government authorities to progress transactions and ensure compliance. This experience provided him with hands-on exposure to corporate structuring and governance processes, while strengthening his ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven legal environment.
