After a training internship with a scholarship at the Civil Section of the Court of Brindisi, Luca began his professional activity in the field of civil and commercial litigation, assisting Italian and foreign clients in various sectors, including banking, finance and insurance.
Then, he dealt mainly with consultancy activities, and in particular civil, and commercial contracts both nationally and internationally.
Over the years Luca has gained significant experience in the law of new technologies and in the IT sector, offering advice on e-commerce, marketplaces, Artificial Intelligence and blockchain, as well as participating as a speaker at several events on the matter.
He is the author of various publications (including Diritto della regolazione dei mercati e della concorrenza, manuale MEF, Nel Diritto Editore) and carries out research and study, also attending training courses (Tech Law & Digital Transformation Executive Master at 24Ore Business School, Computer Science 50 for Lawyers – online course at Harvard University).
