Ingrid specializes in Corporate Finance, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Project Finance, helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding business transactions. She advises companies on structuring and financing deals, ensuring that they align with strategic objectives while mitigating legal risks. Her expertise in corporate finance allows her to guide clients through fundraising efforts, capital structuring, and financial transactions to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
In the realm of Mergers and Acquisitions, Ingrid plays a pivotal role in due diligence, negotiations, and drafting key agreements. She helps clients seize opportunities for expansion or consolidation by ensuring smooth transactions and protecting their interests throughout the process.
Ingrid is also active in the Project Finance field, where she advises clients on structuring large-scale projects, securing funding, and managing legal and financial risks..
In addition to handling transactional operations, Ingrid provides expert guidance on tax regulations and helps clients navigate the complexities of tax compliance in various jurisdictions. She ensures that their business dealings and investments are legally sound and tax-efficient.
Her services also extend to insurance companies, where she ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks and provides advice on operations related to insurance products.
Ingrid is an integral part of the firm’s Research and Innovation Department, where she applies her strong research and analytical skills to assess Lebanon’s legislative environment. She contributes to shaping action plans that benefit both clients and the broader legal system.
Before joining Eptalex, Ingrid participated in a Legal Clinic organized by Saint Joseph University, offering legal advice to underprivileged individuals. A committed social activist, she has also volunteered with several prominent NGOs.
Ingrid joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2020.
