BACKAfter graduating from law school in 2003, Hakan has joined the İstanbul Bar in 2005. He has acquired his license as a mediator in 2023 and completed the courses given by İstanbul Arbitration center, in which he is registered as an arbitrator. He has started his career as a lawyer at a company which operates in the field of finance, energy, retail and education.
Hakan has joined the team in 2012. He is serving as the head of litigation and consultancy department. He provides consultancy services to client groups with high sectoral diversity and high local and international recognition. Hakan has 20 years of professional expertise in private law, drafting and reviewing contracts, establishing companies and franchises while preventing any legal problems during the process, establishing the right strategy in matters and cases related to real estate and landlord-tenant rights.
Hakan also participates at career development seminars of universities as a spokesperson to share the experience and knowledge he acquired during his career with law students. His comments on current legal discussions are published in media and online publications.
