BACKGabrio started his career in some qualified Italian law firms based in Milan such as Schlesinger Lombardi and Associates Law Firm, Negri Clementi, Montironi and Partners Law Firm (currently NTCM) and Pedersoli Law Firm.
In 1999-2000 he completed an internship at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom L.L.P. (New York office).
In 2001 Gabrio started working at the Milan office of Studio Legale Macchi di Cellere Gangemi, an Italian law firm that has always been oriented towards international businesses and focused mainly on cross-border transactions. He was a partner until 2017.
He advises Italian and foreign companies, private equity funds as well as investors both in day to day business and in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
He has acquired extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with foreign counterparties.
Gabrio specialises in the area of administrative responsibility for offences committed by legal entities pursuant to D. Lgs. 231/2001.
