BACKGabriella manages the Corporate Governance department of the Eptalex office in Milan. She started her professional career in Milan at Chiomenti Law Firm. After more than twelve years, she has then carried on her professional activity in other primary law firms, among which, Freshfields Brückhaus Deringer, where she was also responsible of the department of “Knowledge Management”, and Lombardi Molinari Law Firm.
Gabriella carries on legal consultancy activities, issuing legal opinions and drafting contracts in various areas of law, mainly corporate law, banking law, international private law, civil law, commercial law, capital market law, energy law. Gabriella provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients in the industrial, banking and financial sectors, as to corporate law, commercial law and capital market law, including cross-border transactions. She is also author of various publications on financial markets law and corporate law, both in Italian and in English language, and she has acted as independent board member in various companies.
