BACKAndrea Zoppi manages the domestic litigation department of the Italian Eptalex office. He specializes in civil law, real estate law, corporate and commercial law and assists Italian and foreign clients, also advising on civil and commercial contracts, debt collection and extra-judicial and judicial advice.
He also acts as a judicial custodian and manager of auctions in real estate enforcement proceedings at the Court of Milan. Andrea has a consolidated experience as litigation attorney before the Court of Milan and other courts in Italy with a focus on civil, commercial, contractual and commercial disputes, as well as on alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
