Wadih is a seasoned legal professional with over 21 years of in-house experience across the Middle East, Gulf, Africa, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. His practice spans corporate and commercial law, real estate, employment, intellectual property, compliance, and data protection, with a focus on delivering strategic legal solutions across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, fashion and luxury goods, perfumes and cosmetics, consumer electronics and mobile phones, F&B, and retail.

A trilingual lawyer fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Wadih has advised on a broad spectrum of matters including commercial transactions, corporate governance, basic compliance frameworks, and employment and tenancy laws. His deep understanding of both the legal and operational sides of business enables him to offer practical, tailored advice to clients navigating local and cross-border challenges.

Wadih holds a BA in International Private Law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, a Master’s (LLM) in International Business Law from the University of Burgundy in France, and a Post-Graduate Degree in International Commercial Arbitration and ADR from Queen Mary University of London. He also holds certifications in data security, privacy and compliance.
