Throughout his career, Georges has worked on complex cross-border restructurings involving U.S. and Middle Eastern entities, handled aircraft transactions under the Cape Town Convention, and negotiated cooperation and concession agreements with leading multinational corporations and public-sector stakeholders.

Caline also serves on several cultural and philanthropic boards, including the Niemeyer Heritage Foundation Tripoli (NHFT), and presides over the Aida Association, supporting young cancer patients.

She is a certified board member with the World Bank and the IFC, and lectures at ALBA and ESA (in partnership with ESCP Europe). Her academic credentials include Luxury Management (ESA & IFM Paris), Art Management (ESA & Gurr Johns London), and a Master’s in Management from Université Lyon III.
