Rania’s quick and sharp focus is crucial to advising local and international clients in their day-to-day business operations, as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kind of legal documents and agreements. She is also involved in a number of civil and commercial litigation cases before Lebanese courts, and continues to participate in workshops on areas that may be of concern to clients like mediation, oil and gas law, intellectual property rights, FATCA, FIDIC contracts, among others.
Rania uses her significant experience from previous reputable law firms in preparing various transactional documents and agreements related to banking, corporate, agriculture, solid waste management, manufacturing and distribution, and others, in order to help our clients expand and grow in the Lebanese market and abroad. As a former in-house lawyer for an international company that manufactures and distributes household and health related products, Rania can thoroughly understand the complexities that business owners face today.
Rania joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2013.
