Cristina manages the internationalisation department of the Eptalex office in Milan. In particular, in the field of business internationalization, Cristina has a deep knowledge of all the problems that companies face when they decide to expand their business abroad and, more specifically, in India, as well as in the LATAM and MENA countries. She has assisted large, medium and small companies operating in different sectors such as renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, food, manufacturing industry, etc.. and has supported them in all stages of the internationalization process.
In addition, she has participated in several complex M&A transactions with an important IP component and regularly assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts with a particular focus on technology-rich sectors, including pharmaceuticals, information technology and telecommunications.
Cristina has contributed to several publications on internationalisation for Ipsoa, including investment e-books on India, Qatar, Uruguay, Peru and South Africa published by IPSOA-Gruppo Wolters Kluwer.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid (Spain) since 2000 and has successfully passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (2006/2007) in order to qualify as English solicitor. She is also admitted to the Bar Association of Milan (Italy) as Avvocato Stabilito.
