Experience
Nathalie has been practicing law in Lebanon since 2005 as Managing Partner of Sfeir Law Firm which merged with Touma Law Firm in 2014. She joined MEG Legal Services in 2014 and currently practices in Lebanon and Dubai.
Nathalie’s experience includes firstly, establishing companies and setting-up trusts and offshore companies. In addition to Drafting and negotiating various agreements under Lebanese, Egyptian, Saudi Arabian and Dubai Laws, such as rental and sales agreements, partnership and shareholders’ agreements, production and artist management contracts, commercial representation contracts, partition and real estate co-ownership by-laws and facility management service agreements.
Nathalie was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2001.

LL.M in Business Law from Paris X Nanterre University.
