Josephine’s range of experiences touches all the aspects of corporate day-to-day business in different fields of law, granting local and international clients thorough and high-quality legal services. In her career, Josephine assisted companies, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations. She is also involved as a lecturer in many fields, inter alia, intellectual property rights. Josephine handles also several litigation cases before Lebanese courts.
Before joining Eptalex ATLF, Josephine worked with reputable law firms on incorporating restructuring and merging of companies, negotiations, drafting all kinds of contracts and transactional agreements, and advocating clients’ interests before the Lebanese authorities. In addition, she gained experience in the NGOs and INGOs’ sector providing legal assistance for local and foreign organizations in Lebanon.
Moreover, Josephine has more than five years of experience in the credit insurance industry, as a former in-house lawyer, and she can thoroughly understand the complexities that business owners face today.
Josephine joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2005.
