Marie has advised corporate multinationals and SMEs for more than 30 years with a detail driven and nearly scientific approach to the law leading to meticulous solutions and strategies. She regularly advises on the formation, corporate structure, annual regulatory maintenance and day-to-day operations of both local and cross-border businesses. She takes a holistic approach, evaluating both the purpose and location of a company as well as the nationality and personal details of the owners to recommend, create and maintain the appropriate business vehicle in the most suited jurisdiction.
As the head of our international commercial practice, she advises our international clients on their businesses in Lebanon and the MENA region. She manages the registration of local branches and representative offices and ensures their compliance with Lebanese tax and company regulations.
