Samar is an Associate at Eptalex with over three years of experience in the litigation field in Lebanon. Recently relocating to Dubai, she has expanded her expertise to focus on corporate matters and transactional law, with a particular emphasis on the UAE and GCC regions.At Eptalex, Samar plays a key role in supporting multinational clients in establishing and growing their businesses in the UAE. She specializes in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring both regulatory compliance and the protection of her clients’ interests. Samar works collaboratively with international law firms and Eptalex’s legal team to handle complex transactional matters and develop robust business structures.Her experience extends beyond corporate law, as she also represents corporate clients in commercial disputes, particularly in real estate transactions, rental laws, and contractual breaches.
Samar was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2021 and continues to develop her expertise across both transactional law and litigation, making her a versatile and valuable asset to her clients.
Beyond her legal career, Samar is an active member of her community. She co-founded a music initiative in 2012 and currently serves as the conductor of the “Chorale Orchestrale de Sainte Jeanne-Antide” (CJA), leading a group of 100 musicians and singers aged 9 to 60. This role has honed her leadership and management skills, while also fostering a deep sense of community through music.
