BACKAntoun is a Partner at Eptalex and the head of real estate and construction department in the Jounieh (Lebanon) office.
With more than 40 years of broad experience, Antoun is recognized as one of Lebanon’s leading real estate lawyer.
He has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry, advising a wide range of clients on their property transactions and disputes including on real estate developments and investments, co-ownership structuring and management especially for residential complexes, commercial communities and seaside resorts, incorporating real estate companies, working on their set-up and ensuring their follow-up.
Antoun is also a specialized lawyer in the Waqf Law and has represented many Awqaf such as the Maronite Patriarchal Waqf for more than 20 years handling all legal proceedings, concluding waqf agreements and providing legal advice.
He also practices in criminal law, family law and litigation and has extensive experience in company and commercial law including establishing all types of companies.
Over his lengthy career, he has provided advice and acted as lawyer and legal advisor with respect to corporate and commercial disputes and all issues relating to real estate, construction, and judicial proceedings.
Antoun serves as independent board member for multiple companies and various businesses.
He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1982.
In addition to Antoun’s extensive practice, he is committed to pro bono service, handling a number of pro bono legal matters for non-governmental organizations including The Lebanese Democratic Women’s Gathering (RDFL).
